Terms of Use
Foundation draft · Last updated July 2026
These foundation terms describe the intended use of Moral Education. They are not a substitute for a jurisdiction-specific legal review before public release.
Educational purpose
Moral Education provides educational and devotional tools. It is not a replacement for qualified religious, medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice. Users should consult trusted qualified people when a decision requires professional guidance.
Qur’an content and prayer times
Reasonable care should be taken with verses, translations, references, and lesson explanations. Translations are interpretations, and prayer times can vary by calculation method, location accuracy, local authority, and community practice. Users should verify important information with trusted sources.
Responsible use
Do not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use its content to harass, deceive, or harm others. Respect the dignity of sacred text and other users.
Availability and external services
Some features depend on internet access, device permissions, browser capabilities, and third-party services. Availability, audio catalogues, and response times may change. Offline mode cannot guarantee every page or audio track is available.
Ownership and third-party rights
The original interface, code, branding, and lesson presentation are protected as applicable. Qur’an text, translations, recitations, fonts, icons, libraries, and external data remain subject to their respective rights, licences, and provider terms.
Changes to the app or terms
Features and these terms may be updated. Material changes should be communicated clearly. Continued use after an effective update may be treated as acceptance where permitted by applicable law.
